Wellington, Fl- The Palm Beach Pumas announce that the game this Saturday, May 27th vs. the Raleigh Elite and Saturday, June 10th vs. the Cocoa Expos have been moved to the beautiful Village Park due to maintenance of the Polo Field. The Pumas are extremely appreciative and excited about their International Polo Club Stadium Sponsorship. The details of the agreement were not made until after the polo season had finished therefore the maintenance schedule could not be changed. “We are fortunate to play in a world class facility and are extremely grateful for the opportunity. The management at the International Polo Club has been very helpful in moving our events forward and I am very impressed with their sincerity for supporting our youth outreach program and the Wellington soccer community.”, Said Bobby Lennon, Pumas Co-Founder.
The Pumas will play this Saturday at 6pm after the State Cup Tournament at Village Park. “This is a great opportunity to take a high quality game straight into a key youth park and let everyone know we play at the International Polo Club,” said Bobby Lennon Pumas Co-Founder.
Village Park (old Pierson Park) is the home of the Wellington Wave Travel Soccer Club and the Village of Wellington Parks and Recreation soccer league. The soccer and football fields are on a very high quality sports complex 120 x 75 yard Bermuda Grass Fields.
The Pumas will temporarily play on the football field because it is suitable to host our event being fenced in with bleachers, press box, score board and a concessions building.
Gypsy Horse Irish Pub and Restaurant will cater the concessions for both events.

§ From Forest Hill Blvd. go south on Fairlane Farms Rd. Follow until the road ends and turn right on Pierson Rd. Park is on your left after commerce park.
